You wouldn't necessarily expect a diner to have an extensive catering business, but at The Country Kitchen, we do! The owner, Mark, is a graduate of the culinary program at Johnson and Wales University with experience in everything from our small diner to wedding catering from his time working at a country club as a young chef.
